These terms set out how the VelociMove tracking portal may be used, what tracking information is available, and the limits of its informational scope.

Tracking records reflect status updates transmitted from carrier checkpoints. Portal tools are provided for logistical reference and shipment monitoring only.

Visitors may use the tracking lookup for lawful, personal or business reference of shipments they are authorized to monitor. Automated lookups, bulk queries, or scraping of tracking interfaces are not permitted without prior written consent.

The portal is provided on an availability basis. Uptime is not guaranteed, and the tracking service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
